1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

2. Services & Process

Alyssa Rae Design provides creative services including but not limited to:

Graphic design
Illustration and custom artwork
Digital and print design materials
Branding and identity design

All services are provided on a project basis or as otherwise agreed upon in writing between the client and Alyssa Rae Design. Project scopes, deliverables, and timelines will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

3. Intellectual Property

All original designs, illustrations, and content created by Alyssa Rae Design remain the intellectual property of the designer until full payment is received. Upon full payment, usage rights are transferred to the client as specified in the project agreement. Portfolio rights are retained by the designer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Client Content

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have proper rights, licenses, or permissions for any text, images, logos, or other materials provided to Alyssa Rae Design.

Alyssa Rae Design is not responsible for copyright infringement, trademark violation, or any legal issues resulting from materials supplied by the client.

5. Payment

Payment terms will be outlined in individual project agreements. A deposit may be required before work begins. Final files will be delivered upon receipt of full payment. Late payments may incur a fee.

6. Project Cancellation & Revisions

Revisions:

The number of revision rounds included will be specified per project. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon scope may be billed at an hourly rate.

Client-Initiated Cancellation:

Deposits are non-refundable
The client will be billed for all work completed up to the cancellation date
Cancellations must be submitted in writing

Designer-Initiated Cancellation:

Alyssa Rae Design reserves the right to cancel a project if communication breaks down, payment is not received as agreed, or if the project scope changes significantly without mutual consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Alyssa Rae Design is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of designs or this website. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.

8. Website Use

Users agree not to:

Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission
Use the website for unlawful purposes or illegal activities
Attempt to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the functionality of the website

All website content, including images, designs, text, and illustrations, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

9. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
